Project Summary
A four-point vibration monitoring installation was completed at PS231K, 360 36th Street, Brooklyn, for Sai Ji Plumbing Inc under NYC DOB Job No. B01282888, protecting the active school and surrounding structures.
Four Instantel MiniMate Plus seismographs were deployed around the project perimeter on February 4, 2026, at 354 36th Street, 351 37th Street, 371K 4th Avenue, and 231K 36th Street. Each unit was positioned at optimal building exposures to capture all vibration generated by the plumbing construction works. The array provided comprehensive perimeter coverage of the school campus. All equipment was calibrated before deployment and benchmarked against USBM RI 8507 and OSMRE thresholds. PE-certified installation and monitoring reports were produced and maintained for NYC Department of Buildings compliance throughout the entire project duration.
