Ten reflective optical targets were installed across three building exposures on March 31, 2026, covering Exposures 1, 3, and 4. Baseline readings were established using a high-precision total station referenced to a fixed control point on a light pole across Macon Street. Target positions were recorded across north, east, and vertical axes, with all initial delta values at zero, confirming an accurate baseline. The certified installation report was prepared and signed by Sunanda Pathiranage, PE, and submitted as the official pre-construction baseline record for the duration of all adjacent construction activities affecting the subject property.
