Two Instantel MiniMate Plus vibration monitors and eight mechanical crack telltale gauges were installed across both neighboring structures before excavation commenced. Pre-construction crack surveys were conducted by our inspectors, documenting all existing fractures with photographic evidence and certified baselines. Vibration monitoring was conducted continuously throughout the excavation and underpinning phases, with weekly PE-certified reports submitted to the NYC Department of Buildings. Crack gauge readings were recorded at each site visit and compared against certified baselines. No threshold exceedances were recorded, and all structures remained within safe limits throughout the full construction duration.
